Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This research was purposed to know relationship compensation and work environment with satisfaction to honorary employee in the Regional Secretariat of Paser Regency. This research consisted of three variables, dependent variable was job satisfaction and independent variables were compensation and work environment.<br \/>\nData was gathered by compensation scale, work environment scale and job satisfaction scale. Sample on this research were honorary employee in Regional Secretariat at Paser Regency as much 95 employees. The sampling technique was selected by total sampling method. The data analyze technique was used Kendall\u2019s tau-b test.<br \/>\nThe result against showed that where was nirsignificant relationship between compensation with job satisfaction employees with value of F = 0.016 and p = 0.824, and also there was nirsignificant relationship between work environment with job satisfaction employees with value of F = 0.060 and p = 0.406.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
