Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut maka digunakan analisis linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis linier sederhana diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,260 dan nilai koefesien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,593 dalam katagori memiliki hubungan yang sedang antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan,dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,2% yang artinya variabel kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 35,2% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
