Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada SMA Negeri 2 Sendawar. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan, studi lapangan yaitu melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung pada objek penelitian, serta menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih jelas sesuai yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil perhitungan uji t antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai t hitung &gt; t tabel atau 2,480 &gt; 2,023 dan Sig. 0,018  t tabel atau 3,144 &gt; 2,023 dan Sig. 0,018 &lt; 0,05. Artinya variabel motivasi secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji F maka nilai F hitung adalah 15,769 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000  F tabel atau 15,769 &gt; 3,238 dan Sig. 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Artinya variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pegawai SMA Negeri 2 Sendawar.<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
