Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Hasil penelitian ini (i) Variabel kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati secara simultan menunjukkan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda, (ii) Variabel kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti langsung, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati secara Parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Bukti Langsung (X1) dan Daya Tanggap (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan variabel Keandalan (X2), jaminan (X4), dan empati (X5) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), (iii) Variabel dominan dari nilai koefisien regresi baku, ternyata yang paling kuat pengaruhnnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel Bukti Langsung (X1) dengan demikian variabel Bukti Langsung (fisik) merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PDAM Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
