Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community 2015 seeks to forge a common identity and build a caring and sharing society which is inclusive and where the well-being, livelihood, and welfare of the peoples are enhanced. The purpose of this articles is explaining Indonesia\u2019s government efforts to fulfill society rights and justice in frame of ASCC 2015, focusing in poverty eradication. This is a descriptive research that using the rights and social justice concept and ACSS approach to explain the efforts. The result shows that the government of Indonesia implement several programs to dealth with the problem such as national health insurance, school operational fund, rice for the poor, family program expectations, and small business credit. In general, the program have not been able to solve the all poverty problems because of some obstaclesn in the implementation. But, at least, these program have positive effect in reducing poverty.<\/li>\n
