4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> After the Second World War, The United States of America has made a good relationship with The European Union. But after the PRISM Program that made by The United States of America\u2019s government exposed to public on June 2013 by former NSA member, Edward Snowden, their relationship has reduced. The purpose from this research is to explain about how The European Union\u2019s reaction toward The United States of America\u2019s spionage data activity through the PRISM Program is. The type of this research is descriptive. This problem is analyzed using the Constructivism theory, the National Security theory and the Globalization theory. The result showed that the European Union\u2019s reaction made a few impacts and changes into The United States of America and The European Union\u2019s protection data agreement and also made The United States of America\u2019s government had to shut down the PRISM Program and its activities.<\/li>\n
