Hasil penelitian menunjukkan garis regresi sebagai berikut: Y=6,717-0,231X1+0,407 X2-0,372 X3+1,222 X4+0,145 X5. Nilai R (Koefisien korelasi) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,803 atau 80,3% dan nilai R Square (Koefisien determinan) sebesar 0,644 atau 64,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat antara variabel bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati pelanggan SPBU No. 64.751.15 Samarinda.\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
