Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan responden rata-rata Rp. 7.753.197\/bulan, penerimaan yang diperoleh dalam pengolahan ikan asin rata-rata sebesar Rp. 10.911.070\/bulan dengan keuntungan rata-rata responden sebesar Rp. 3.157.873\/bulan. Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) usaha pengolahan ikan asin di Desa Tanjung Aru Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan adalah sebesar 1.40 artinya usaha ini menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar 1,40 kali dari total biaya yang dikeluarkan. Titik impas usaha ikan asin baik dari sisi produksi, harga maupun penjualan melebihi titik keseimbangan atau dengan kata lain usaha ini menguntungkan.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
