Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi ganda, uji koefesien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sabun mandi merek Lifebuoy di Foodmart Samarinda. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. F hitung = 0,000 &lt; Alpha 0,05. Sedangkan dalam uji T (parsial) baik citra merek maupun kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sabun mandi merek Lifebouy di Foodmart Samarinda dengan dibuktikan Nilai sig. thitung X1 0,000<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
