Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi Linier Sederhana dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS versi 16. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan ( X ) terhadap motivasi kerja ( Y ) pada UD. Surya Phone di Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada UD. Surya Phone di Samarinda. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai regresi linier sederhana sebesar 0.727 dengan nilai koefisien kolerasi ( R ) sebesar 0,828 dengan kategori yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat antara kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,5% yang artinya variabel kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 68,5% terhadap variabel motivasi kerja karyawan di UD. Surya Phone di Samarinda, dengan sisanya sebesar 31.5% ditentukan atau dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disertakan didalam penelitian.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
