Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan menganalisa tingkat prestasi kerja karyawan setelah diadakan pelatihan pada karyawan Foodmart Lembuswana di Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden karyawan Foodmart Lembuswana di Samarinda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji valliditas dan reabilitas, dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Foodmart Lembuswana di Samarinda. dari persamaan regresi dengan nilai konstanta 39,445 dan nilai koefisien arah regresi 0,915. Hasil koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,896 yang berarti bahwa variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh dengan kategori sangat kuat terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, nilai koefisien determinasi 80,3% sedangkan sisanya 19,7% ditentukan atau dijelaskan dengan variabel-variabel lain yang tidak tercantum dalam penelitian ini.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
