4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Since the release of FIFA sanctions or violations of the transfer of the football club Barcelona , they do not stay silent facing this problem . Barcelona tried to do a variety of ways to get rid of a FIFA punishment , or at least it becomes lighter sentence . one of Barcelona\u2019s methods to be free from punishment violation FIFA transfer was appealed by sending a written letter to sport a higher court , the CAS ( Court of Arbitration for Sport ) after an appeal lodged by Barcelona to FIFA rejected . This research will discuss in more detail how Barcelona appeal FIFA sanctions in dealing with cases related to illegal recruitment of under-age players<\/li>\n
