4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> The Realization of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Kideco Jaya Agung in Human Development of Community at Kecamatan Batu Sopang, under the guidance of Chairul Aftah S.IP, MIA as the primary supervisor and Dadang Ilham K. Mujiono S. Sos, MA as mentor\u2019s companion. International Relations Department, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Mulawarman. This research aims to give a description of the realization of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Kideco Jaya Agung to the progress of development, especially in the education sector of the society at Kecamatan Batu Sopang, by using CSR concept, where the company is responsible in creating reliable human resources and in community development process. In community developing process, based on Human Development concept by UNDP, in distribution of development to the community in the improvement on every sectors, especially in the education sector. The type of research that used by the author is field research, by collecting primary and secondary data which allows the author to explain and provide the data of CSR realization in the education sector. The result of this research has shown that the CSR realization of PT. Kideco Jaya Agung at Kecamatan Batu Sopang in the education sector is by giving development aid such as fund allocation to repair some public infrastructures, improving the quality of the teachers, providing tuitions for overachieving students, which gives the positive effect on educational progress for the people around the mining area, especially those who live in Kecamatan Batu Sopang with the villages within.<\/li>\n
