Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah kerja dan sanksi terhadap keadilan distributif pada tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan samarinda. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu variabel terikat yakni keadilan distributif dan variabel bebas yakni upah kerja dan sanksi.<br \/>\nTeknik penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan Samarinda sebanyak 93 tenaga kerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan antara upah kerja dan keadilan distributif dengan nilai beta = 0.270, t Hitung = 3.865 &gt; t Tabel = 1.662 dan p = 0.000, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sanksi dan keadilan distributif dengan nilai beta = 0.649, t hitung = 9.286 &gt; t Tabel =1.662  dan p = 0.010, terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara upah kerja dan sanksi terhadap keadilan distributif dengan F Hitung = 69.190 &gt; F Tabel = 2.36 R2 = 0.606 dan p = 0.000.\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
