Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanProsedur Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipildan untuk mengidentifikasikan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi Prosedur Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Nunukan.<br \/>\nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan bahwa Prosedur Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Nunukan secara keseluruhan belum sepenuhnya efektif karena pengumuman yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Nunukan bersifat Online sedangkan daerah pedalaman Kabupaten Nunukan tidak memiliki jaringan internet. Dan juga adanya persyaratan khusus dari pihak Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Nunukan untuk sejumlah formasi yang membatasi calon pelamar dari luar Kabupaten Nunukan. Faktor pendukung Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Nunukan yaitu adanya kerjasama dari dinas-dinas terkait pengusulkan formasi dan juga kerjasama panitia BKD Provinsiserta  pengamanan dari Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan POLRI serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan faktor penghambat adalah terkendalanya masalah komunikasi dalam hal penyampaian informasi untuk daerah terpencil.\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
