4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aimed to describe the EU\u2019s efforts in addressing the issue of refugees from Southern Mediterranean countries. This type of research is descriptive eksplanatif describe EU efforts in tackling permasalaan refugees from Southern Mediterranean countries. The data presented is secondary data obtained through review of the literature and literature such as books, the Internet, and others. The analysis technique used is the technique of qualitative analysis. The results showed that since the Arab Spring, many refugees coming to Europe, especially the European countries close to the coast such as Italy and Greece. The EU as a parent European governments sought to overcome these problems. EU efforts were made to solve the refugee problem by forming EASO, to deal with refugees in the European region. ENP policy is issued to help the Southern Mediterranean countries to accelerate the process of democracy. As well as efforts to restore refugee repatriation<\/li>\n
