Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel insentif terhadap motivasi karyawan pada PT. Setya Utama Balikpapan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu variabel Insentif (X) serta variabel dependen adalah motivasi (Y). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear sederhanamenunjukkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 1.958 + 0.423.Uji t menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,496 kemudian nilai Sig t sebesar 0,002 dibandingkan dengan nilai Sig a 0,05, karena nilai Sig   0,002 &lt; Sig a0,05, sehingga hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Nilai R (Koefisien Korelasi) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,573 dan nilai R2 (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,328.Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis ini meyatakan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan diterima karena insentif berpengaruh terhadap motivasi. kepada pihak perusahaan agar lebih konsisten dalam pemberian insentif, dan dapat juga menambahkan bentuk insentif seperti dalam bentuk nominal dan dalam bentuk liburan di tempat-tempat wisata agar dapat merefresing para karyawan sehingga dapat memacu motivasi para karyawan agar lebih baik lagi dalam bekerja.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
