Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan merek dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli ulang pada pasien Silver International Clinic Balikpapan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu variabel terikat yakni minat beli ulang dan variabel bebas yakni kepercayaan merek dan persepsi kualitas.<br \/>\nTeknik penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Silver International Clinic Balikpapan sebanyak 113 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis uji nonparametric kendall\u2019s tau.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara kepercayaan merek dan minat beli ulang dengan nilai Correlation Coefficient = 0.189, p = 0.004, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi kualitas dengan minat beli ulang dengan nilai Correlation Coefficient = 0.155 dan p = 0.020.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
