Hasil proses pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa di Desa Bumi Rapak berjalan dengan baik, penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa telah sesuai dengan aspirasi masyarakat, pelaksanaan pembangunan yang selalu berorientasi kepada kepentingan umum, dan menggalang potensi yang ada bagi peningkatan kemandirian desa, namun masih terlihat minimnya pengetahuan aparatur desa dalam mengelola sumber daya alam yang ada serta belum adanya peraturan desa yang dianggap sah. Sehingga hal ini menimbulkan desa tidak memilik pendapatan desa yang dianggap sah.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
