4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Education for All is a program of UNESCO carried out with the aim to resolve the problem of education. Especially the illiterate and the program were implemented on a global scale. In Indonesia the Education for All were implemented through the ministry of education and culture, and then transformed into a literacy program which is started in 2000 until now. The method used in this thesis is descriptive. Data collection techniques using literature review, using secondary data. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Education for All program implemented in Indonesia has succeeded in reducing the number of illiterate people in Indonesia.<\/li>\n
