Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan dilakukan penilaiaan kinerja secara umum adalah untuk memberikan feedback kepada pegawai dalam upaya memperbaiki tampilan kerjanya dan upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penilaian kinerja mempunyai dua kegunaan utama, penilaian pertama adalah mengukur kinerja untuk tujuan memberikan penghargaan. Kegunaan yang lainnya adalah mengembangkan potensi individu. Dari hasil koefisien regresi sederhana,Hasil Ujikorelasi antaral ingkungan kerja (X) dengan kinerj apegawai (Y) diperoleh nilai 0,492 setelah dikonsultasikan ke tabel interpretasi nilai r, nilai korelasi berada di antara 0,400 \u2013 0,499, jadi terdapat tingkat hubungan dalam kategori kuat.Uji koefisien Determinasi dijelaskan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi sebesar 24,2% oleh variabel lingkungankerja sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model yaitu sebesar (100% &#8211; 24,2% = 75,8%)Seperti gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi yang diberikan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengawasan, fasilitas yang disediakan. Uji T ini menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu Dan Penanaman Modal Kota Bontang (BPPM).<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
