4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This is a descriptive research which aims to describe the cooperation between Indonesian Police Force and its Australian counterpart to solve Cyber Crime cases. This research describes the things done by both Indonesian and Australian governments through their own law enforcements to cope with Cyber Crime in Indonesia and the achievements as well as the obstacles faced in the Indonesia-Australia framework of security cooperation. This research uses secondary data gained from various literatures in a library research whereas they are analyzed qualitatively with \u201dThe POLRI-AFP cooperation to overcome Cyber Crime\u201d and \u201dCybercrime\u201d itself as the operational definitions. The result shows that there is no national boundary or direct interaction between the criminal and the victim. Indonesia and Australia shares mutual security interests. Therefore, a cooperation is then agreed by Indonesia and Australia to maintain regional security. As the form of cooperation to combat Cyber Crime, Australia has granted Indonesia with hi-tech equipment, trains Indonesian officers to solve Cyber Crimes, maintains a close coordination with Indonesia in Cyber Forensics, and Intelligence Coordination. The obstacles faced in the cooperation is the lack of advanced computer skills of many Indonesian officers, therefore, a further socialization and training is needed.<\/li>\n
