Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aims to: First, identify the competitiveness position of Indonesian labor compared to major ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand). Secondly, to analyze what is policy planned of Indonesian government in an effort to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian labor in the face and won the competition of AEC 2015. Descriptive methods has used in this research such as depict images, tables, and specific data. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing the data in narrative and percentages and were compared. Later analyzes of existing sources of data that are related to the problems studied. The results showed that: First, the competitiveness of Indonesian workers in the ASEAN Economic Community that will take in early 2015, based on the vision and mission of ASEAN, is still not ready to show the performance compared to the major countries of ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand ). Second, the policy increased competitiveness of labor needs to be applied in terms of education, labor productivity, and wages.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
