Lokasi penelitian di Desa Setulang Kecamatan Malinau Selatan Hilir, Kabupaten Malinau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelitian keperpustakaan, Observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan teknik dokumentasi. Narasumber pada penelitian ini sebanyak 4 (lima) orang yang tediri dari Kepala Desa Setulang, Ketua Adat Setulang, Ketua Badan Pengelolah Hutan Tane\u2019 Olen dan Ketua Desa Wisata Desa Setulang.<br \/>\nAnalisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penerika kesimpulan atau verifikasi data.<br \/>\nDalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pembentukan Desa Setulang sebagai Desa wisata di Kecamatan Malinau Selatan Hilir, Kabupaten Malinau untuk meningkatkan pembangunan dan pengembangan tempat wisata di Kabupaten Malinau sebab potensi Desa yang ada di Desa Setulang Perlu dikembangkan dan dilestarikan demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Setulang.\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
