Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan mana yang terdiri dari tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, dan, assurance, terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa training di PT. Indika Pratama Jaya serta variabel kualitas layanan yang paling berpengaruh. Penilitian dilakukan kepada 100 responden pengguna jasa training PT. Indika Pratama Jaya kaltim Balikpapan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut :Y   = 2,315 + 0,187 X1 + 0,524 X2 + 0,182 X3 + 0,261 X4 + 0,004 X5.Nilai R (Koefisien Korelasi) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,680 atau 68,0% dan nilai R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,463 atau 46,3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) dan Empathy (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna jasa training PT. Indika Pratama Jaya kaltim balikpapan (Y). Secara parsial variabel reliabilty (X2) yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y), sedangkan tangible (X1), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), dan empathy (X5) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y).Saran utama bagi PT. Indika Pratama Jaya kaltim Balikpapan adalah penelitian yang berhubungan dengan tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan konsumen sekiranya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam mengambil kebijakan manajemen demi kemajuan perusahaan.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
