Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Pengawasan pimpinan yakni yang dimaksud dengan pimpinan disini adalah kepala kantor secara langsung dan tidak langsung melakukan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai meliputi prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, ketaatan, dan kerjasama. Pengawasan kepala kantor dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai bisa dikatakan cukup baik karena walaupun dengan kondisi kekurangan tenaga kerja atau pegawai, dengan jumlah pegawai yang sedikit itu beliau bisa membina hubungan yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan. Kemudian dengan adanya laporan-laporan yang sering dilakukan oleh pegawai bisa membantu kepala kantor dalam meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana kantor yang sudah bisa dikatakan mencukupi, hanya saja kendala yang sering terjadi adalah pergantian pegawai yang terlalu sering setiap semesternya sehingga membutuhkan penyesuaian antara masing-masing pegawai.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
