Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja aparatur desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa terutama dalam hal kerjasama, kedisiplinan, kreatifitas, tanggungjawab serta mengidentifikasi faktor &#8211; faktor pendukung dan penghambat kinerja aparatur desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa di Desa Sepala Dalung Kecamatan Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sepala Dalung Kecamatan Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam dan penelitian dokumen. Narasumber dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kaur Pemerintahan, Tokoh Masyarakat di Desa Sepala Dalung Kecamatan Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kinerja Aparatur Desa Sepala Dalung ditinjau dari proses penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang mengedepankan kerjasama, kedisiplinan, kreatifitas dan tanggungjawab demi kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
