Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aims to describe the efforts of United States of America to overcome the cybercrime of Wikileaks that cracked USA\u2019s secret data, which contain harmful and controversial documents that forbidden to public. The method used in this thesis is a descriptive case study, where the author will explain it systematically taken by how USA solved the state\u2019s cracking data by Wikileaks. Based on the result of the study, it indicated that Wikileaks remains exist inside the internet and still publicize many documents about nations. However, USA achieved the purpose to rearrange their image towards other nations by the efforts that they\u2019ve done to Wikileaks.<\/li>\n
