4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> During the years 2002 \u2013 2006 in Indonesia has frequents act of terrorism crimes in various region. This action demanded the Indonesian government to take measures to fight the crime of terrorism, and also this terrorism known as an extraordinary crime. Terrorism act\u2019s occurred in Indonesia raising the concern of the international community to combat investigate and searching the perpetrators. The United Nation (UN) has issued two resolutions number 1438 of 2002 whies is strongly condemn the bombings in Bali and deeply sympathy to the people and Indonesian government, while the other resolution number 1373 of 2002 in contains some voices to collaborate and supported the Indonesian government to capture and uncover all the actors associated with the event process by court. By multiple occurrences of terrorism in Indonesia, all countries provide some intention and concrete\u2019s supporting to counter the terrorism, while the uncover case processed of investigation to arrest the perpetrators to trial. The reality, there\u2019s a red line between local terrorism and international terrorism network. This case raises our awareness and confident to fight the terrorism whies is required a comprehensive ways to work well in cross \u2013 sectoral and cross country. It is necessary for a national strategy for war on terrorism.<\/li>\n
