4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aims to determine the relationship between future orientation and adversity quotient to employability. The sample was 2010 students of the faculty of social science and political science at the University of Samarinda Mulawarman as many as 105 students. The file were analyzed with regression models and models gradually filled with the help of the program Statical Package For Social Sciennces (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows. results of this study indicate that there is a positive and highly significant between future orientation and adversity quotient to employability against the final year students of the faculty of social and political science at the University<\/li>\n
