Heryono Susilo Utomo, M.Si dan Ibu Dra. Lilis Juliati, M.AP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kemasan (X1), merek (X2) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat loyalitas konsumen (Y). Secara parsial kemasan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), merek (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), dan harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y). Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,561, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kemasan (X1), merek (X2) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) sebesar 56,1%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 43,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
