Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Jamsostek di samarinda. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh penggunaan jasa asuransi PT. jamsostek yang berjumlah 134.629 orang. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. dari hasil koefisien regresi y = 6.789 + 0.064X1 +0.163 X2 + -0.021X3 + 0,418X4 + 0.018X5 menunjukkan variabel tangible (b1 = 0.064) reliability (b2=0.163) responsive (b3=0.021) assurance (b4=0.418) dan emphaty (b5=0.018). nilai R (koefisien korelasi) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.456 dan R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,208 atau 20,8%. pengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan (uji F) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dari tabel anova dengan Fhitung sebesar 4.927 &gt; 2.30 nilai signifikasi<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
