Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini penelitian dilakukan di Kota Samarinda, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah nasabah penerima kredit tanpa anggunan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Pulau Irian Samarinda pada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 9.284 nasabah. Adapun pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan Metode Random Sampling.Berdasarkan analisis data secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari faktor bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap Kepuasan nasabah penerima kredit tanpa anggunan (KTA) dan secara parsial diketahui bahwa faktor keandalan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah penerima kredit tanpa anggunan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Pulau Irian Samarinda yang didukung oleh standard devisiasion, dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (\u03b1 = 0,05).<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
