Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> The purpose of this study was Investing in Uranium exploration is an activity performed by an actor, in this case Russia, is to make an investment in uranium exploration with the aim to build a power plant with the goal of energy security. Russian goal to invest in Kazakhstan because of several factors, among others, the source of uranium in Kazakhstan is quite large and cater to individual needs required Russia. Large energy generated makes more incentive Uranium mining is done. The analysis technique used is descriptive, with data collection techniques literature review, the data type of this research is secondary data, using qualitative data using content analysis.These results indicate that the reason Russia make investments in Kazakhstan are Russian Domestic demand for Big Enough Uranium resources. Uranium resources investment in Kazakhstan is a Positive Contributions to the State and Society in Russia, and of course there are tradeoffs for Kazakhstan. As a partner in the Russian uranium exploration cooperation provides a positive contribution through the construction of roads, railways, ports trainings and certainly not in the interests of Russia itself but for the smooth and facilitate the mobilization of proficiency level between the two countries. In addition, Russia also contributed to build power plants and receiving power supply from Russia because Kazakhstan does not have a national electricity grid.
