Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Human Relation Kepala Desa dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di Desa Sandeley Kecamatan Kuaro Kabupaten Paser.Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah jenis penelitian analisisi deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Library Research dan Fieldwork Research dengan observasi, daftar wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif dengan menganalisis berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Peran Human Relation Kepala Desa Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di Desa Sandeley Kecamatan Kuaro Kabupaten Paser.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, menunjukkan bahwa Peran Human Relation yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Sandeley di Kecamatan Kuaro Kabupaten Paser sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang membuat peran human relation ini belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik dan juga waktu pelaksanaan rapat internal terhadap perangkat desa serta masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sandeley belum berjalan efektif.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
