Metodologi penelitian yaitu kuantitatif verifikatif \/ uji hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan penelusuran dokumen. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data koefisien korelasi rank spearman. Kesimpulannya, dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan semangat kerja pegawai di Dinas Kesejahteraan Sosial, Kota Samarinda.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
