Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Melaksanakan Pelayanan Nasabah Pada Bank BPD Kaltim Cabang Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau.<br \/>\nAnalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah model interaktif sebagaimana yang dikembangkan Miles dan Huberman.<br \/>\nHasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Pegawai dalam melaksanakan pelayanan nasabah pada Bank BPD Kaltim Cabang Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau khususnya Security, Costumer Service dan Teller ternyata sudah baik bahkan mampu bersaing dengan bank lain dalam hal pelayanan. Hal tersebut terlihat dengan adanya pelayanan yang baik yang diterima nasabah. Upaya peningkatan tersebut dibarengi dengan peningkatan  Kemampuan Pegawai Dalam Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan, Keterampilan dan Keahlian Pegawai Dalam Memberikan Layanan, Sikap Pegawai Dalam Melayani Nasabah, Ketepatan Waktu dalam memberikan Pelayanan.\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
