Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi  finansial dan kompensasi nonfinansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pertamina EP Bunyu Field Kab.Bulungan.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolonieritas, heteroskedasitas, serta uji regresi berganda.  Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 21, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Pertamina Ep Bunyu Field yang berjumlah 84 orang .Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi finansial (X1) dan nonfinansial (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai fhitung&gt; ftabel (8,217 &gt; 3,98) daan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,528.  Melalui analisis uji t masing-masing variabel X memiliki thitung&gt; t tabel yakni (2,249, 2,101 &gt; 1,989) dan variabel kompensasi non finansial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) yang ditunjukkan nilai koefisien beta tertinggi yaitu sebesar 252. <\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
