Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Dwimitra Palma Lestari Samarinda serta mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini adalah Y = 2.376 + 0,469 X Hasil uji korelasi ditemukan nilai korelasi antara variabel motivasi dengan produktivitas kerja dijelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara motivasi dengan produktivitas kerja. Nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,469 atau sebesar 469% artinya terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2), variabel motivasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 9,2% terhadap produktivitas kerja dan sisanya sebesar 90,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. Hasil uji t diketahui variable motivasi mempunyai berpengaruh, 0,469 dan perhitungan thitung 2,342 &gt; ttabel 2,004 secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
