Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Keberadaan komite sekolah sebagaimana diatur di dalam Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 044\/U\/2002 dibentuk dalam rangka untuk mewadahi aspirasi masyarakat, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat, dan menciptakan suasana demokratis dalam  penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu  pendidikan di sekolah  perlu didukung oleh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah. Sekolah perlu berkembang  maju dari tahun ke tahun. Karena itu  hubungan baik antara guru  perlu diciptakan  agar terjalin iklim  dan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan menyenangkan. Demikian halnya  penataan penampilan fisik dan manajemen sekolah perlu  dibina agar  sekolah menjadi  lingkungan pendidikan  yang dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas, disiplin dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan.<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
