Internal policies considered successful, including large-scale operation since managed to confiscate drugs and arrests cartel, prevention and treatment and rehabilitation programs have been able to do some training and treatment for users and addicts, effort closure and destruction of processing labs drugs ever-increasing success, success in the arrest of the cartel including members and leaders, confiscation of facilities and infrastructure supporting drugs trafficking activities, and through offering gifts, there are some successful cartel leader captured and sealed<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
