Daud Kondorora M.Si selaku pebimbing II<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan dilakukan, guna mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana  Kualitas Pelayanan Puskesmas Perawatan 24 jam Desa Tideng Pale Kecamatan Sesayap Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Jenis penelitian yang digunaan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu jenis peneitian yang berusaha mengambarkan dan menjabarkan gejala-gejala yang ada atau yang terjaedi di Puskesmas Perawatan 24 jamDesa Tideng Pale.<br \/>\nData yang akan disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari penelitian langsung dilapangan berupa data dari wawancara langsung Informan. Adapun teknis analisis interaktif yang merupakan rangkaian dari proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan\/verifikasi data.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Puskesmas Perawatan 24 jam Desa Tideng Pale Kecamatan Sesayap Kabupaten Tana Tidung sudah dilaksanakan  namun belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh   kurangnya tenaga ahli dan tenaga kesehatan yang ada dan juga fasilitas\/ peralatan medis yang tersedia di Puskesmas Perawatan 24 jam Desa Tideng Pale masih kurang sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat  belum maksimal.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
