Tujuannya untuk mengetahui Peran Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Membentuk Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan CV.Magnum Sign and Print Advertising Samarida. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan library research dan field work research dengan melakukan kegiatan wawancara langsung dengan informan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pimpinan dan karyawan CV.Magnum Sign and Print Advertising Samarida. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Interaktif, dengan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi organisasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan CV. Magnum Sign and Print Advertising Samarinda. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan CV.
