Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dalam artikel ini membahas tentang kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen. Variabel yang digunakan dalam artikel ini dalah variabel bebas yaitu variabel Keandalan (X1), Keresponsifan (X2), Jaminan (X3), Emapti (X4), dan berwujud (X5) dan serta variabel terikat adalah Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Hasil analisis dalam artikel ini dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda. Persamaan regresinya Y = 5,042+0,260X1+0,156X2+ 0,134X3 \u2013 0,004X4+ 0,154X5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable X1, X2, X3, X4, dan X5, secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). Dari perhitungan uji F diperoleh F hitung &gt; F Tabel. Selain itu nilai Adjusted R Square yang sebesar 0,138 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel X1 yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variable terikat Y sedangkan X2, X3, X4, dan X5 tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
