Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Hezkia Efrid Roymon, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Camat Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat, di bawah bimbingan Bapak Iman Surya, M.Si dan Bapak Eddy Iskandar,M.Si.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Camat dan variabel Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah H1, kepemimpinan Camat mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat dan H0, kepemimpinan camat tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik sensus yang berjumlah 63 orang.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teknik observasi, kuisoner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Korelasi Product Moment, Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Koefisien Penentu (KP) atau Koefisien Determinasi.<br \/>\nTemuan dari penelitian ini adalah variabelKepemimpinan Camat mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan rendahterhadap variabel Disiplin KerjaPegawai di Kantor Camat Damai Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan sebesar 10,9 % dan sisanya 89,91 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
