Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian remunerasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Samarinda baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dengan jumlah sample yang diambil berjumlah 30 responden dan menggunakan kuisioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel independen (remunerasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Samarinda. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji F(Fhitung) sebesar 4.917 yang lebih besar dari pada nilai Ftabel yang diperoleh sebesar 3.37. Hasil uji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Samarinda, sedangkan variabel remunerasi tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Samarinda. <\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
