Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang kualitas pelayanan publik pada kantor Kecamatan Nunukan selatan dan untuk menganalisis faktor penghambat\/pendukung kualitas pelayanan publik pada kantor kecamatan Nunukan Selatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nunukan.<br \/>\n\tMetode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriftif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model Service Quality (Servqual) merupakan model yang menganalisis kesenjangan antara layanan yang diharapkan (E) dan persepsi masyarakat pengguna jasa kecamatan terhadap layanan yang diterima (P).<br \/>\nhasil penelitian dan analisis hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan analisis data dengan metode Servqual (Service Quality) menunjukan bahwa dimensi Tangible, dimensi Reliability, dimensi Responsivesness, dimensi Accurance dan pada dimensi Emphaty memiliki nilai negatif, bahwa kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan tersebut menunjukan  persepsi pengguna layanan (P) lebih rendah dari pada ekpektasi pengguna layanan (E) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (Q) Kantor Kecamatan Nunukan Selatan kurang memuaskan.\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
