Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai oleh Camat selaku Pimpinan di Kecamatan Kota Bangun Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.<br \/>\nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian, peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai yang dilakukan oleh Camat di Kecamatan Kota Bangun dapat dikategorikan baik. Hal ini didasarkan pada beberapa aspek peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai yang meliputi pemberian penghargaan kepada pegawai yang berprestasi, pemberian insentif kepada seluruh pegawai, pemberian kesempatan mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan guna meningkatan SDM pegawai dan pemberian kesempatan mendapatkan promosi jabatan bagi pegawai yang memiliki kinerja sangat baik. Juga dilakukan penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya Camat untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
