Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak Reformasi Birokrasi di Pemerintah Kota Samarinda khususnya di Kantor Badan kepegawaian Daerah kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu memberi gambaran realita empirik di balik fenomena Reformasi Birokrasi secara mendalam, rinci, dan tuntas. Data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini  adalah data primer dan sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan atau tempat penelitian dan dari dokumen- dokumen resmi, note, buku harian, buletin, majalah, artikel, media cetak dan media elektronik seperti internet. Teknik analisis data peneltian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dengan terjun langsung kelapangan untuk wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Reformasi Birokrasi di Pemerintah Kota Samarinda khususnya di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Samarinda memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan kantor tersebut.<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
