Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Strategi dan proses pengembangan sumber daya aparatur perencana di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kutai Timur dilakukan melalui strategi yang berkaitan dengan masalah sistem, yang dimaksudkan adalah pertama penilaian kinerja aparatur masih sangat bersifat subyektif dengan menggunakan pola lama yaitu DP-3.  Sedangkan penghargaan terhadap prestasi pegawai belum menggunakan reward yang lebih baik hanya dengan bentuk penghargaan yang biasa dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat seperti karya satya lencana. Kemudian strategi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya aparatur dapat dilakukan dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta membangun Quality Work of Life (QWL) bagi aparatur yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kompensasi berupa kesejahteraan pegawai yang ditujukan untuk memberikan perangsang peningkatan kinerja. Serta strategi yang terakhir adalah strategi yang berkaitan dengan masalah teknis, yaitu terkait dengan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung perencanaan pengembangan sumber daya aparatur yang ada di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kutai Timur. <\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
